Registration Procedure:
In addition to the “paper registration”
that we have used the past few years, we will also be utilizing our
on-line registration process this year.
The on-line process will be the
quickest and most secure way to register.
It will also give us a very accurate “time stamp” as each registration is received.
On-line registrations will require in-full
credit card payments at the time of registration. The on-line
registration process will also make it easier for us to provide coaches
with an emailed receipt of their payment that they can then submitted to
their team or organization for reimbursement.
Those coaches that can not provide in-full credit card payment at the
time of registration will need to use the “paper registration” form. We
strongly suggest that paper registrations be
faxed to us ASAP. If you mail the registration form, you
may find that the particular age group is filled before we received your
mailed registration.
If a coach provides us with accurate credit card information on their
“paper registration” and asks us in writing on the registration form
to hold their credit card info while they get us a team/organization
payment, we will gladly hold them in their spot for a maximum of seven
(7) days. If we do not receive payment in-full by the end of the seven
(7) days, we will open that spot for the next available team.
Also returning for 2011-12:- For the 2011-12 Winter Indoor Tournaments, during the
first seven (7) days following the announcement and posting of
the tournament schedule, we will only accept one (1) team per
organization per tournament. After the 7th day, organizations
are welcome to enter additional teams in any remaining openings.
IMPORTANT:
If the tournament you are registering for has
reached it's enrollment limit and you received a "closed" notification,
please
fax or mail a
paper copy of the Tournament
Registration
Form (with payment) so that we can
place you on the waiting list.
Your credit card will not be processed or
check cashed
unless an opening
becomes available in the tournament.

Tournament Cancellation Policy:
Although we try to work with all teams that enter our
events, it is important to understand the problems that are created when a team
registers for an event and then does not follow through with their commitment to
participate. When you enter a tournament, we make a commitment to you - we
expect the same type of commitment in return. These instances not only effect
our organization, but every other organization that has made a commitment to
play. Therefore, the following cancellation policy is in effect:
- All cancellations must be received in writing via
email, fax or regular mail. Verbal cancellations will not be
accepted.
Teams that cancel out of an event more than 30 days prior to the start of
the event
that is not closed
will be issued either a refund check for the full amount of the entry fee
minus $50 administrative fee, or a credit of the full amount that can be
used within 12 month for a tournament that the team is not currently
registered for.
Inside 30 days, any refund or credit will be at the
sole discretion of the tournament director.
Once
a tournament is full and "closed," or
a game schedule has been distributed, absolutely no refunds will be given.
A credit that can be used for another ADKSC tournament during the current year may be offered,
if the other tournament is not full and a schedule is not yet been
distributed.
2011 FALL SOFTBALL TOURNAMENTS

The format will include three (3) Round Robin games on Saturday followed
by seeded Single Elimination brackets on Sunday. NO drop-dead time-limits
for the outdoor fall softball tournaments. A maximum of 16
teams, that are paid in full, will be accepted. The tournaments
will be held on our outdoor fields.
No need to be concerned about bad weather.
In case of bad weather, we can move the games into the dome.
Registrations received with a FULL payment will be handled on a First
Come, First Served basis. As a result, it is suggested that teams
register online. (credit card required) The next option is
to fax in the paper registration form to the Dome. (518-743-1247 fax)
You may include or call us with your credit card information. If
you wish to pay with a check, send the paper form and provide a valid
credit card number to hold your spot. A check must be received
within seven (7) days.

2012 ADKSC COLLEGE SHOWCASE

16&U and 18&U ADKSC College Showcase
January 7-8, 2012
ADKSC College Showcase will feature Pool Play Saturday
& Sunday. In order to accommodate more teams, thus making it more
attractive for college coaches to attend, the tournament guarantees 4 games of 1 hour and 10 minutes each,
with Individual
Player Skills Sessions being held on Sunday morning.
Players participating in the Skills Session(s) will need a separate registration
(see below). The Skills Session will allow softball athletes who are
participating in the recruiting process an opportunity to display their
individual talents for various college coaches from around the Northeast region.
The Skills Sessions will be held for Infielders, Outfielders, Pitchers, and
Catchers. Players may register for one or two positions. The Skills
Session is only open to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors in high school.
It is strongly recommended that players make contact with college coaches before
attending the showcase to let them know of their interest in their school.
College coaches who have registered to attend will be listed online, and a list
will be sent to all the players.
Pitchers must arrange to have their own catchers.
No spikes or cleats / Turf shoes or sneakers only (This is an indoor facility).
A showcase number will be provided to each participant in the individual
showcase.

Individual Showcase
will NOT run due to low enrollment
There will be Sunday morning skills sessions for Infielders,
Outfielders, Pitchers, and Catchers. Player
Profiles will be available for all attending College Coaches. The session will
run from 8:00am - 10:00am. More details will be posted soon.
