Registration Procedures:
The on-line registration process will be the quickest and most secure way to register It will also give us a very accurate "time stamp" as each registration is received.  On-line registrations are immediately entered into the system when submitted, while faxed and mailed registrations will need to be manually entered after they are received.

On-line registrations will require in-full credit card payments at the time of registration.  The on-line registration process will provide you with an automatically emailed receipt of your payment, which can then submitted to your team or organization for reimbursement, as appropriate.

Those coaches that can not provide in-full credit card payment at the time of registration will need to use the "paper registration" form.  We strongly suggest that paper registrations be faxed to us ASAP.  If you fax your registration form, and especially if you mail the registration form, you may find that the particular age group is filled before we receive your registration. 

2015-16: Committing to Friday evening Pool Play games - What you need to know.

Important:
For the Winter Indoor Tournaments only, during the first seven (7) days following the opening of the registrations, we will only accept one (1) team per organization per tournament. After the 7th day, organizations are welcome to enter additional teams in any remaining tournament openings.



IMPORTANT: If the tournament you are registering for has reached it's enrollment limit and you
receive a "closed" notification, please fax or mail a 'paper copy' of the Tournament Registration
Form (with full payment) so that we can place you on the waiting list.  The 'paper' Registration
Forms are at the bottom of both the Winter and the Summer Tournament groupings below. 
Your credit card will not be processed, or your check cashed, unless an opening becomes
available, and we have contacted you to confirm that your team is able to fill the open spot.

Our Partner Hotels, the Best Deal In Town

For all of our Winter Tournaments only, choosing to stay at a unaffiliated hotel will lead to a $250 penalty fee that will have to be paid prior to your teams first game. Please visit the Accommodations page  on our website for a listing of area hotels that have partnered with the Adirondack Sports Complex.  Whether you choose to stay in Queensbury, Glens Falls or Lake George, you can't go wrong with these hotels.

We strongly encourage you to make your reservations early AND to register with one of the Partner Hotels
Be sure to let them know you will be attending our softball tournament at the Adirondack Sports Complex.


Tournament Cancellation Policy:
Although we try to work with all teams that enter our events, it is important to understand the problems that are created when a team registers for an event and then does not follow through with their commitment to participate.  When you enter a tournament, we make a commitment to you - we expect the same type of commitment in return. These instances not only effect our organization, but every other organization that has made a commitment to play. Therefore, the following Cancellation Policy is in effect:

  • All cancellations must be received in writing via email, fax or regular mail.  Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Teams that cancel out of an event more than 30 days prior to the start of the event that is not closed will be issued either a refund check for the full amount of the entry fee minus a $50 administrative fee, or a credit of the full amount that can be used within 12 months for another tournament that the team is not currently registered for.
  • Inside 30 days, there will be a $50 administrative fee charged, and any refund or credit will be at the sole discretion of the tournament director.
  • Once a tournament is full and "closed," or a game schedule has been distributed, absolutely no refunds will be given.  A $50 administrative fee will be charged.  At the sole discretion of the tournament director, a credit for the remainder may be offered, which can be used for another ADKSC tournament during the current year, provided the other tournament is not full and a schedule has not yet been distributed.

2016 FALL SOFTBALL TOURNAMENTS

The format will include three (3) Round Robin games on Saturday followed by seeded Single Elimination brackets on Sunday. 
NO drop-dead time-limits for the outdoor fall softball tournaments.  A maximum of 16 teams, (first 8 per division) that are paid in full, will be accepted.  The tournaments will be held on our outdoor fields.  No need to be concerned about bad weather.  In case of bad weather, games may be moved into the dome. 

Registrations received with a FULL payment will be handled on a First Come, First Served basis.  As a result, it is suggested that teams register online.  (credit card required)  The next option is to fax in the paper registration form to the Dome. (518-743-1247 fax)  You may include or call us with your credit card information.  If you wish to pay with a check, send the paper form and provide a valid credit card number to hold your spot.  A check must be received within seven (7) days.

2015-16 WINTER INDOOR SOFTBALL TOURNAMENTS

2015-16: What you need to know about Committing to Friday Evening Pool Play games.

A maximum of 14 teams (now 15 teams for most tournaments), that are paid in full, will be accepted.  The format will include three (3) Round Robin games on Friday and Saturday followed by seeded Single Elimination brackets on Sunday.  A maximum of 14 teams, that are paid in full, will be accepted.  Teams may have use of the Technical Training area or batting cages, if available, for warm up and practice.  Friday games will be played at approximately 6:50pm and/or 8:10pm.  Registrations received with a FULL payment will be handled on a First Come, First Served basis. 

The first five (5) Teams willing to commit to a Friday game(s), will be allowed to register beginning Friday, Aug 21st at approximately 5 PM.  Registration for the remaining nine (9) team spots will open at approximately 5 PM on Wednesday, Aug 26th.

It is suggested that teams register online (credit card required).  The next option is to fax in the paper registration form to the Dome. (518-743-1247 fax)  You may include or call us with your credit card information.  If you wish to pay with a check, send the paper form and provide a valid credit card number to hold your spot.  A check must be received within seven (7) days.  Please see the Registration Procedures listed above for additional information.

Waiting List: If a tournament is full, a team may be placed on the waiting list by sending us a paper registration form with either a credit card or check.  If an opening comes up, we will contact the team and process the payment upon confirmation.  No payment will be processed until an opening becomes available.

As a reminder, for our Winter Tournaments only, all teams needing overnight accommodations are required to use one of our Partner Hotels.

2016 SUMMER OUTDOOR SOFTBALL TOURNAMENTS

Each of our Summer Tournament will now be USSSA National Qualifiers, and each tournament will award two (2) berths to the USSSA Nationals.

The format will include three (3) Round Robin games on Saturday followed by seeded Single Elimination brackets on Sunday. 
Our Summer Tournaments have a 1hr 20min 'No New Inning".   NO drop-dead time-limits for the outdoor summer softball tournaments.  A maximum of 18 teams, that are paid in full, will be accepted.  The tournaments will be held on our outdoor fields  Metal Cleats are not allowed on any of our fields.  No need to be concerned about bad weather.  In case of bad weather, we can move the games into the dome.

New for 2016:
2016 Summer Tournament teams will have the first opportunity to register for the 2016-17 Winter Blast Tournaments!  Winter registrations will be distributed to summer tournament teams at the end of the summer tournament season.  The second round of registering will be open to all other teams in mid-August.  More details to follow.

We are in the middle of a tremendous family vacation destination location for players and their families, with the Six Flags Great Escape Splash Water Kingdom, Lake George, and the Adirondack Park five to ten minutes to the north, and Saratoga Springs and the Saratoga Thoroughbred Track 15 minutes to the south.
