Academy Training Programs

We are offering several different programs to baseball players of all ages and abilities. These include Academy training, clinics, camps, and small group and individual lessons.

All League, Clinic, Program, and Long Term Rental participants at the Adirondack Sports Complex will need to have a current ADKSC Waiver and Facility Photo ID Card. Both are good for 12 months from the date of purchase. The annual fee is $15.00

Fall Ball Instruction

Fall Ball Instructional Clinics:
September 20 – Nov 1, 2023

Whether new to baseball or softball, or if you are looking to improve your skills, learn the fundamentals of baseball & softball from a professional, former D1 coach.

Ages 5-8 years
Wednesdays: 5:30-6:30 pm

Ages 9-12 years
Wednesdays: 6:30-7:30 pm

Fall 2022

The Fall Ball Instructional Clinics will be held on both our outdoor and indoor baseball/softball fields.

Participants are welcome, and encouraged, to bring their own bat and helmet. Gloves are not supplied.

Summer Baseball & Softball Camps

Summer Baseball & Softball Camps 2023

Baseball/Softball Camp:
9-12 years

Directed by ADKSC Baseball and Softball Coach John Wong, the campers will receive instruction on all mechanics of baseball and softball skills including hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching and catching, and base running. A glove is required. A batting helmet and bat are recommended.

9-12 year old: July 10-14

Each Baseball/Softball camp will be Monday – Friday
12:00 – 3:00 PM
$165/player/week

Private Lessons - Baseball & Softball

Individual Instruction

Individual Instruction – will be professionally designed according to the individual player’s needs.

$60/hr. or $35/half hr.

Individual Instruction must be pre-paid in full before the time of the lesson.

Cancellation Policy for Individual/Group Instruction

24 Hour Cancellation: If you must cancel your scheduled lesson, a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, the lesson will not be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
If a lesson package has been previously purchased, it will be deducted from the lesson package.

No Show: A no-show will result in full charge of the lesson. If a lesson package has been previously purchased, it will be deducted from the lesson package.

All lessons must be paid in full. Lessons will not be scheduled until payment is received.

Small Group Instruction

Group Instruction:

Lesson packages for 2, 3 or 4 players of approximately the same age or skill level are available for each baseball session.

1 hour sessions: $80/hour regardless of whether 2, 3 or 4 players are present.

Total number of lessons scheduled must be pre-paid in-full before the lesson.
Substitutes may be used to fill spots of absent participants. They must register at the Dome office prior to the substitution. There are no individual makeup lessons for players who are absent.
