Rates listed are per hour, unless otherwise noted, and all rates are for
the ‘total rental time’, including any desired warp-up, set-up, or tear-down.
Space is based on availability.
Rates may vary based on multiple usages.
Discount for a rental total booking of:
16 – 47 hours = 3% discount
48 – 97 hours = 6% discount
98 hours or more = 9% discount
(Discounts cannot be included with any other offer or specials)

Click on the Facility Usage Request Form to fill out and then save or print off the completed form. The request must be approved by the Adirondack Sports Complex. Requests may also be made by phone or in-person, but the Facility Usage Request Form must be filled out and submitted. Once approved, no request will be confirmed without full payment.
To help you complete the process, use the Rental Worksheet to make sure you haven’t forgotten anything.
Reminder: Proof of insurance (i.e.: Certificate of Insurance) must be provided listing Adirondack Sports Complex, LLC as an “Additional Insured”.
- All participants are required to have a current ADKSC Waiver.
- Any participants in repeating rentals are required to have an ADKSC Facility ID and photo, and are to check-in upon each arrival.
- No cleats or spikes allowed on the fields (turf and indoor flats only)
- No gum, food, or drink other than water allowed on the field.
- No spitting allowed.
- No horseplay allowed.
- Leave the field clear of all trash and equipment after each rental.

In our main building, we have the availability to accommodate many of your business and community meetings. We offer a single meeting room measuring 20′ x 55′. The area comes equipped with conference tables and seating for 136 people.
We would be happy to provide your meeting with food and beverages from our restaurant.
