The Adirondack Sports Complex offers a variety of league formats. Below is a list of the league offerings for the Winter Indoor Sessions 1, 2 & 3, and for the various Outdoor Leagues.

Our facilities are sanctioned through the Capital District Youth Soccer League (CDYSL), Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association, US Indoor, and US Youth Soccer.

Birth Year/Division Change

Effective August 1, 2016: US Soccer & US Youth Soccer have made slight adjustments to the age/division chart in order to better align US youth soccer players with international standards for youth development. Please take a moment to determine what division your child will be playing in.

Concussion in Youth Sports

To help ensure the health and safety of young athletes, CDC developed the HEADS UP Concussion in Youth Sports initiative to offer information about concussions to coaches, parents, and athletes involved in youth sports. The HEADS UP initiative provides important information on preventing, recognizing, and responding to a concussion.

The first time you launch the app, you will need to select the “Adirondack Sports Complex” from the presented list. If desired, you may start typing characters into the search box, and filtered results will be presented.
Use your DASH Online email address and password to log into your account.

After logging in successfully once, you will no longer need to enter your credentials every time you start the App. Upon reaching the login screen, you will see a button with your first and last name on it. Touch this to be instantly logged into the associated account.

Soccer League Rules

2023 -24 Session 1 & 2 Indoor Soccer Leagues

U8, U10 and U12 Leagues

Session 1 (S1): Nov. 10 – Dec. 29, 2023
Session 2 (S2): Jan. 19 – March 15 2024

Each Session will consist of eight (8) 1-hour games, consisting of two 25-minute halves.

U8 Soccer League: (95 ft x 75 ft field)

$550 per team 4v4 (no goalkeeper)
In the U8 division, each team will play two 4v4 games, playing side-by-side, at the same time.

U8 Game Day:
Fri, ~5:30 PM
S1: starts Nov. 10
S2: starts Jan. 19

U10 Soccer League:

$950 per team 7v7 (6 + keeper)
Standard indoor field (1/4 Field) 155 feet x 98 feet

U10 Game Day:
Fri, ~5:30 and/or 6:30 PM
S1: starts Nov. 10
S2: starts Jan. 19

U12 Soccer League:

$995 per team 7v7 (6 + keeper)
Standard indoor field (1/4 Field) 155 feet x 98 feet

U12 Game Day:
Fri, ~5:30, 6:30, and possibly 7:30 PM

U14, U16 & HS Qtr-Field Leagues

U14 and High School 1/4 field Soccer Leagues:

$995 per team 6v6 (5 + keeper)
Standard indoor field (1/4 Field) 155 feet x 98 feet

** If there are sufficient registrations at the U14 and High School levels, there will be separate U14 and High School divisions. Otherwise, there will be one combined “High School” division.

17th Annual Summer High School Soccer League

High School Leagues

Welcome to our 17th Annual Summer High School Soccer Leagues.

July 10 – August 17, 2023

Only players who will be playing JV or Varsity for the Fall of 2022 will be permitted to participate.

$960/team
Referee fees included
All teams must have a parent or coach present at all games.
Payment in full is required by 1st game
Each player must have a current annual ADKSC Waiver and Facility ID ($15).

Registration Deadline: July 5th Registrations received after July 5th may incur a $30 late fee charge

6 game Cost Breakdown: $990 per team (= $165 per game)
– with 15 players = $66/player ($11/player/game)
– with 18 players = $55/player ($9.17/player/game)

Summer 2023

July 10 – August 17, 2023

High School Boys:
- Mon – primary day
- Thur & Wed – overflow days
High School Girls:
- Wed or Thur – primary day (depending on school league bkb conflicts)
- overflow days – TBD (likely Mon, Wed, or Thur)
5:30 pm and 7:00 pm game times
6 games, consisting of two 40-minute halves.
11 v 11, full-field
110 yd x 70 yd
Outdoor grass fields
Girls may also play on the boy’s teams

Inclement Weather: In the event of thunder & lightning, heavy rain, etc., games may be moved indoors playing 8v8 half field, or postponed to a later date.

Fall High School 11v11 League

Fall 2020

Fall High School Outdoor 11v11 Soccer Leagues.

Registration Deadline: Wed, Sept 23rd.
Registrations received after Sept 23rd may be Wait Listed, and may incur a $30 late fee charge.

Only players in grades 9-12 will be permitted to participate.

$825/team
Referee fees included
Payment in full required by 1st game
Each player must have a current annual ADKSC Facility ID ($14) and Waiver.

Inclement Weather: In the event of thunder & lightning, heavy rain, etc., games may be rescheduled to an alternate day of the week.
(for 2020, games will not be moved into the dome)

Fall High School Leagues

Sat., Sept. 26 – Sat., Oct 31, 2020

High School Boys and High School Girls:
- All games will be played on Saturday afternoons.
- Final game times will be based on total registration numbers.
- the tentative first game times will be between approximately 1 and 2 PM.
- the tentative second round of games will be approximately at 2:30 or 3:30 PM.

6 games, consisting of two 35-minute halves.

The following additional COVID-19 ADKSC Safe-Site Rules will be in place for 2020. These rules will need to be followed by anyone (players, coaches, parents, or spectators) coming onto the ADKSC property, or they will be required to leave.
