Softball
Welcome to the Adirondack Sports Complex Softball Programs. Our programs have been designed and developed to provide a state-of-the art training facility utilizing the most advanced training tools available. The facility combined with our professional staff, will be organizing programs, leagues, clinics, camps and special events specifically designed to develop playing skill and most importantly an appreciation of the game of
softball.
Our training facility features:
- Professional, trained instructional staff
- Softball and Baseball Pitching machines
- 4, 70 foot training tunnels
- Infield training area
- Video analysis equipments
- Specialized training equipment for hitters, fielders, pitchers and catchers.
Our indoor turf can be configured for 2 Softball or 2 youth Baseball games or one Major League Field Baseball game.

Softball Programs
We are offering several different programs to baseball players of all ages and abilities. These programs include:
Individual Instruction - will be professionally designed according to the individual player's needs.

$55/hr. or $30/half hr.
•
Individual Instruction must be pre-paid in-full before or at the time of the
lesson.
Individual Lesson Packages
- 5, 10, 15 and 20 lesson packages are available for 1 hour or 1/2 hour time
slots.
Group Instruction
- Lesson packages for 2, 3 or 4 players of approximately the same
age or skill level are available for each softball session.

$80/hour regardless of whether 2, 3 or 4 players are present
•
Total number of lessons scheduled must be pre-paid in-full before the lesson.
• Substitutes may be used to
fill spots of absent participants. They must register at the Dome office
prior to the substitution. There are no individual makeup lessons for
players who are absent.

Youth Softball Clinics will operate one, two or three days between one to three hours per session.
Softball Camps will operate three, four or five days, running three hours or more per day. The camps will stress the basic fundamentals of the game and games will be played during the camp.

Sandlot Baseball/Softball Leagues: 5-12 yr.
The
Sandlot League
promotes a fun, non-competitive environment for boys and girls.
Experience the summer fun of an organized baseball & softball league.
Play twice a week for 5 weeks; Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Volunteer coaches/parents needed. Umpires needed for 11-12 yr.
division.
