Academy Programs
All programs are open to girls and boys.
The focus of the Academy Programs is on player development through individual skill training, small game concepts and strategies.

Session 1: November 9, 2009 - January 10, 2010
No hockey Nov. 26 & Dec. 24, 25
Session 2: January 11 - March 14, 2010
No hockey Jan 29 & Feb 16, 18, 19
(Please note time change for 11-14 year old group for Session 2)
(8 week program)
Interested participants must pre-register before arriving for any academy program.

8-10 year olds
(Session 2 - 7 weeks - $96)
(Jan. 22; Feb. 5, 12, 26; Mar. 5, 12, 19)
8-10 year olds - Friday: 5-6PM

The Adirondack Sports Complex can supply each players with a stick and shin guards for use during the program.

11-14 years old
Tuesday's: 6:00 - 7:00PM (Session 1)
Tuesday's: 5:30 - 6:30PM (Session 2)

Tuesday's: 7:00 - 8:00PM (Session 1)
Tuesday's: 6:30 - 7:30PM (Session 2)
