16 - 47 hours = 3% discount
48 - 97 hours = 6% discount
98 hours or more = 9% discount

Meeting Room:

In our main building we have the availability to accommodate many of your business and community meetings. We offer a single meeting room measuring 20' x 55'.  The area comes equipped with conference tables and seating for 136 people.

We would be happy to provide your meeting with food and beverages from our restaurant.

Click on Facility Usage Request Form to print off a form.  The request must be approved by the Adirondack Sports Complex.  Request may also be made by phone or in person.  Once approved, no request will be confirmed without full payment.

-Leave the field clear of all equipment and trash after each rental 
-No gum/food/drink other than water allowed on the field
-No spitting allowed
-No horseplay allowed
-No spikes or cleats allowed on the fields (turfs and flats only)

Payment is required in full at the time reservations are made. 48-hour cancellation notification is required to be able to reschedule or receive a credit/refund. If you cancel within the 48 hours prior to your reservation, or you are a no-show, you will not receive a refund/credit. If the arena closes due to poor weather your reservations will be rescheduled. Major credit cards, cash, checks, and gift certificates are all accepted forms of payment.  

Prior to facility use each participant must complete and sign the waiver form. Please have these waivers signed for everyone in your group prior to your first reservation. Anyone who has not completed the waiver will not be allowed to participate. Please hand in these forms at the front desk.

Upon registering for a class, clinic, league or tournament you agree that 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited if you are unable to provide the Adirondack Sports Complex with completed Official Team Waivers and Roster or if you withdraw the team or individual prior to the start of the session.

Withdrawal from a class, clinic or league may be pro-rated but only if a doctor's excuse is presented.  A $25 processing fee will applied to any refund.

A $50.00 fee will be charged to any team that chooses to forfeit a game.

A $50.00 fee will be charged to any team that requests a scheduling change on a game.
